What would you like students to know about you?

My name is Adriana Dabija, I am the mother of two wonderful children, Mara and Sasha. My constant concern is related to the desire to raise physically and mentally healthy children. And for that I have to take care every day that they are "fed" properly, with food for body, mind, heart and soul. I like to read, tell stories and learn new things every day. Yes, because you are never too old to learn and never as knowledgeable as you think.

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

The decision to get involved in these activities is closely related to the position I have towards our evolution as a society: the more educated, more involved and more sensitive we are to the real needs of the world we live in, the more the results will be spectacular. And for that there is no "too early" or "too late".

What would you like students to know about you?

Although in my daily life I work in an IT corporation, I am a creative person, I really like to write, especially funny quatrains to surprise my friends with. A great desire of mine is to publish a book of children's poems that I am currently working on... a book that will be illustrated by my little girl's drawings.​

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

If I can help in any small way, I always do it with great love. I really resonate with the All Grow projects and their way of being, so I couldn't stay away

What would you like students to know about you?

I am an active person, passionate about technology and sports activities. I like to constantly improve myself and learn new things. Recently, I have learned to be more patient and to be more how I feel than how I should be. I listen to myself more.

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

I really like to help and I believe that the experiences of each of us are useful for others. Whether they find themselves and empathize with them, or just listen to them, they constitute information, which can bring them new teachings.

What would you like students to know about you?

In what way have I set myself since elementary school and high school how I would like my life and future to look in the next 10-15 years, and what my trajectory consisted of based on the plan made, the decisions made and the choices made.

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

I feel that I can and do help students navigate their activities and plans by sharing and pointing out school, professional and personal experience.

What would you like students to know about you?

I am a cheerful and optimistic person. I like to learn new things and be useful to those around me.

I want to be part of the projects that will bring a change for the better for us and for those around us.

What would you like students to know about you?

My name is Cătălina and I work in a very nice field, through which I walk among the educational projects. I have a family that supports me and a wonderful little girl, two and a half years old, who makes me want to develop even more every day.

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

Because it is one of the NGOs very dear to my soul. I witnessed its beautiful growth and development, met the first generations of participants and convinced myself that it is a model of "yes!".

What would you like students to know about you?

I'm Irish. Dan-Stefan Florescu, strategic designer specialized in innovation.

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

Because I resonate with AllGrow's values and believe in how they are trying to impact the education system.

What would you like students to know about you?

    I generally go with the idea: let's discover things about others through interaction. However, until we met, I could say about myself that I am a sociable and cheerful person. I love nature and everything that is/means beautiful.

 Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities? 

      I would like to get involved in AllGrow activities because I would like to see what it is like to be a juror not only in the one to be "evaluated". I want to learn new things, socialize and... for more experience.  

What would you like students to know about you?

That I do not easily give up what I set my mind to achieve and I believe that consistency is the key to success

From the joy of being among people and especially among children

What do you want students to know about you?
I'm a big kid who still likes to play ducks and hunters, make soap bubbles and climb trees with other kids. But especially the one who still likes to dream of great things and that she can change the world for the better, with good words and deeds and especially with magical smiles.

Why did you   decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?
I believe that change occurs when there is communityiles are mobilizing and AllGrow has opened this path in which we must all be participants, not just spectators.  Change comes with us, from us, to us.

 What would you like students to know about you? 

That I am a young soul, full of energy, eager to help students, to always develop and ambitious.

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities? 

Because I like to get involved in projects that have students as their main subject, because I have the opportunity to accumulate more experience and at the same time I can help them.

 What would you like students to know about you?

I think two things define me in general: curiosity and the desire to always learn something new - both personally and professionally. My passion is traveling, wherever and whenever, because it's the best way to always discover new things and at the same time discover yourself and grow as a person. Professionally, I've changed a few jobs over time, but each of them was somehow related to learning; teacher, HR consultant, trainer, trainer.

Why did you decide to get involved in ALLGrow activities?

AllGrow has a view of learning very similar to what I believe is the role of learning in our lives, and more than that, with every interaction with you, I learn or discover something new myself.

What would you like students to know about you? 

What can I say about myself:).... a lot or nothing, it depends on the situation! I like to joke with those around me, sociable and sometimes silly

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities? 

I decided to get involved because I want to learn new things and socialize with those around me.

What would you like students to know about you? 

I'm Nicolas, I'm 30 years old and I was born in the west of France on the Atlantic coast. I am single with my parents and later I started working in graphic design which is more of a hobby than a job. I like to do sports in my free time.

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

During the pandemic I stayed at home more and had more free time, so I decided to invest it in a useful way. That's how I found this opportunity within HPE and realized that I can dedicate my skills in a useful way. The first time I saw the designer opportunity I said it was a sign. It is a pleasure to work with the AllGrow team where ideas are turned into action quickly. I'm happy to see my work contribute to a greater purpose. 

What would you like students to know about you? 

I am a positive person who likes to surround herself with beautiful, positive people. I like to help and do so without expecting anything in return (maybe just a smile).

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities? 

I've been a mother for 3 years and I want to be up to date with everything, to try to give my children what maybe I didn't have. AllGrow is one of the experiences that can guide me on this path.

What would you like students to know about you?

It doesn't come naturally to me to be sociable, open, but through more exercises, experiences I gained more confidence in myself and I use this to move forward and experience as many things as possible.

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

I decided to get involved in AllGrow activities because a few years ago I discovered the pleasure of working with people and thus learned more about myself. I have become braver since then, and the moments when I can help someone just by exchanging a few ideas, give me positive energy.

The need for socialization brought by the current context led me to want to meet even more people with whom I can share my experience, help but most importantly from whom I can learn new things.

What would you like students to know about you?   

I like to help people around me, leave something behind and inspire others to get involved in their communities and beyond.

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities? 

I like to come back where I feel welcome and where my contribution is appreciated.

What would you like students to know about you?

That I am a sociable, spontaneous person who likes to live life and does not value material things. The most precious thing I have is my family and loved ones, with whom I like to spend the most time.

For knowledge and learning from the experiences of others.

What would you like students to know about you?

When I was a student I was particularly attracted to artistic activities because they gave me the chance to express myself creatively and develop my skills to work in a team and create something beautiful together with my peers. I believe that all these artistic pursuits have educated me enormously emotionally and helped shape the man I am today. I currently encourage and fondly support activities and projects that stimulate children's creativity, critical thinking and free expression.

Why did you decide to get involved in AllGrow activities?

I strongly believe that the projects and initiatives developed by All Grow can have a special impact on both students and teachers. Especially in the current context, where we all had to adapt to a completely different lifestyle than we had experienced before, I believe that All Grow has the potential to turn these new challenges into development opportunities.
