All Grow Association is an organization dedicated to generating positive impact in Romanian communities. Our philosophy is based on the fact that in order to grow we must collaborate, trust each other and develop initiatives that meet real needs.

Our mission is to help build an inclusive society, in which ALL members have the tools, resources and opportunities to GROW. Our activities actively respond to the diverse needs of organizations, individuals and communities. GROWING represents for us the overcoming of the current state and the development.
