Design Thinking is a European initiative that wants to give students tools to contribute to the design of a better future. We believe that we can support the development of students' imagination, self-esteem and skills by working with Design Thinking and Maker Education methods from an early age. That's why we developed materials that help teachers use Design Thinking and Maker Education methods in their schools. Students worked in teams of 3 to contribute toSustainable Development Goal 1. Poverty Eradication and 7. Access to Renewable and Affordable Energy.  Design Futures is a project co-financed by the European Union Erasmus+ Program and was implemented between October 2019 and October 2021.

The project was implemented in Greece, Italy, Holland and Romania.
