MERCI

The MERCI program is designed for those who want to support future generations without the need to physically participate in activities. Most initiatives are carried out online, offering flexibility and accessibility for anyone who wishes to contribute.

MENTOR
4-5 1h sessions with students (online)
During the Change Architects project, more precisely at levels 2 and 3, the students receive the support of the mentor who helps them to find the answer to the challenges of their project. To be a good mentor you need to have confidence in children's ability to make a difference. From this experience you will be exposed to the design thinking method and you will discover change projects made by students. In this role you will be supported by our team and the teacher.
EDUCATOR
1 hour session with students (online)
65% of the jobs that today's students will do have not yet been invented. To meet these challenges, students need to acquire critical skills and be inspired. In this sense, we want to bring into the ecosystem of students adults who will talk to them about their career path and what skills they need at work.
ROLE MODEL

Long-term collaboration with the All Grow team (online)
You are inspired by what we do and you want to get involved and help us increase the impact of our activities. Join our team and you can become a changemaker. You will acquire organizational skills, you will be familiar with the method of design thinking, community development and social entrepreneurship.
