Businesses
Romanian legal entities can support All Grow's activities through financial donations, sponsorships, or strategic collaborations. Companies can benefit from a 20% tax deduction by contributing directly to the Association's educational projects. We are open to exploring win-win ideas and initiatives tailored to the needs of each organization. Every contribution helps develop communities and future generations.
Redirect 20% of income tax
If you have a legal entity, you can redirect 20% of the income tax to AllGrow Association. The Sponsorship Law and the Tax Code allow microenterprises and companies to make sponsorships within this limit, benefiting from tax incentives. Additional details about the process and legal conditions are available to guide you through this approach.

At the end of each quarter, the income tax is calculated, and the amount that can be redistributed must not exceed the maximum percentage of 20%. For microenterprises, the remaining 80% of the due tax will be paid to the state budget.

Fill out the sponsorship contract and send it to the All Grow Association. The contract can be downloaded here

Transfer the sponsorship amount to the All Grow Association's account by the last day of the current quarter. Record the sponsorship in the accounting records.

Complete and submit the 107 Declaration to ANAF for all sponsorships made in the previous year by no later than January of the following year.
