About the event
About Irina:
Professionally, I worked for 7 years in the state education system and then I made the transition to the corporate environment, I started with foreign language trainings (French and English) and currently my activity focuses on learning interventions to support the development and performance of teams .
I am a Senior Trainer for a global team (EMEA, JAPAC, AMER), developing, delivering (both classroom and virtual) and measuring learning programs, from onboarding and key skills development programs to leadership programs.
As a volunteer I facilitated sessions on mentoring and collaboration for teachers and sessions on various topics for organizations such as the Values School, Global Dignity, Flex Alumni, Natie pir Educatie, etc.
